Intesting point, what else can affect the sensors? As an example, an engine that burns a slight amount of oil, etc. My left cylinder seems to allow about 1500 mile/liter oil consumption since I have had bike, but I haven't noted problems with the sensor. Bike charging systems, that's a well deserving aspect of these projects.
