Vehicle: 1991 Volvo 945 turbo

Engine: b230 ft engine - The engine setup is b230 ft. 16t turbo w 1,4 bar turbopreassure. 531 cylinder head w mild porting. 3 inch exhaust. Intercooler from an iveco (I think).

Injection: MS n´edis, 465 cc bosch green injectors w 4 bar fuel preassure.

Description: One more MS is running! This is a Volvo 945 turbo 1991. b230 ft engine with MS n´edis. It started on the first attempt and after a couple of map changes revs extremely well.

A stupid thing though, I put the crank sensor 90 degrees after top dead
center instead of before. I will move it next time i´m in the garage, but for now I just moved the ignition wires.

The only problems right now, are the crank sensor tends to come loose
when I rev 6500, and that normally I can drive 350-400 km on a full tank
now I got only 270 km. But, that is until I get a wideband lambda tune.

This is a test engine, just to see if it works. Since everything seems to be work better than expected. I think i´ll put in my other engine. I´ll get back when finished with that.
