1999 Tracker/Vitara 2.0

I am swapping a 2.0 from a 1999 Tracker (same as a vitara) into my rockcrawler. It is an off road only vehicle, so no emissions are necessary. I have some questions on the MS.
What will I need to change?
Will the stock ignition work?
I use the buggy for off-road racing as well, will the MS hold up to the abuse?
Do I need to buy new sensors or will the stock sensors work?
I am also putting a turbo on it, can it all be dialed in with the MS?
I am new to the MS, but very impressed with what I have seen.
