finally, chased a few problems but my final X-Tau adjustments have worked and it is running great
Vehicle: 1980 Jeep CJ7
stock 350 Chevy Gen I with 305 TBI (40lb/hr injectors)
MS2 V3.0 2.885 code controlling fuel and spark (MSD distributor and CDI box)
started with the stock GM ignition curve and VE table and tweaked from there
