351w stroked to 427

Post by tk_tech »

good day, everyone

just thought i would update my progress, i am running on ms2 extra, beta july 07/07
i am running a 351w stroked to a 427
10.85:1
tfs twisted wedge heads
unlite distributor
wilson manifolds 8 injector throttle body
rpm air performer intake
hedman headers
electric water pump
race pump (mechanical efi fuel pump)
venom 48# injectors
msd 6a ingnition

sensors
2 lc-1 wideband o2 sensors
map
baro
knock (have not tried, yet)
fidle

settings
baro for fuel
4 squirts
alternating
dual table
2 o2 sensors
fidle
basic trigger (unilite)
going high inverted
fixed dwell 50%
d-14

so far so good, i am tuned up to 5000 so far and running pretty smooth once i got the VE and idle set.

just a tip for anyone, when making a new VE table divide your hp and torque ratings by the same number of squirts. this will give you the best starting piont for your new table.

so because i am running 625 torque and 550 hp when i input 157 for torque and 138 for hp in the VE table generator, and this gave me the best results when making a new VE table and changing number of squirts per cycle.

anyone that knows anything about using a unilite as a dual vr sensor please get back to me. its running really good, just thought i might try.

thanks for all the good work by everyone that has contributied.
let me know if i can help.

Im just trying to get updates from people, I know im curious if you have gotten it running and driving, and get some inspiration from those who have succeeded in getting the ms to work well for them. Thanks
