I'm in the early stages of tuning my 2.0 litre Ford Zetec (1994) engine that's in a Fisher Fury kit car. Have a look at http://www.mangofury.co.uk if you aren't famiilar with the Fury.
I'm running MS1-Extra code (029y4) on a v3.0 PCB. The engine is a silver top Zetec from a Mondeo and is fitted with a custom inlet manifold with Honda CBR929 throttle bodies.
Special thanks to fatbaldbloke on this forum for advice in getting started with MS.
Initially the car didn't drive well until I found out that I hadn't set the rev limits so the timing advance was fixed at -10 (10 degrees AFTER TDC). Amazing what an engine will tolerate.

I have a current issue with timing but I'll post that shortly in the proper place.
In the meantime, thanks to all those who have produced the MS code and the MSextra variant - it really is a great piece of kit and I have learnt (and am still learning) so much about how an engine works.
