340 Duster Hilborn MS-1

Post by 340HilbornDuster »

Just got my 1970 340 Duster running.
Original Hilborn manifold (converted to minimize damage...can be put back to mechanical without a trace)
Megasquirt -1 V 2.0 Built years ago w. flyback and relay board.
36lbs accell injectors, Aeoromotive 1000 Fuel Pump.

Currently fine tuning the tune.

Working on stroker engine to match intake performance...!

Aloha

That's almost too pretty to be real. I'm currently working on a Desoto 341 hemi with Hilborns for my 67 Valiant. Hop it looks half as good as yours. Bill

Thanks Bill

Yep It's real and it pur's like a kitten...
Putting my High Compression 340 back in with more cam and some more umpff!

Tuning:
Still working on the tune...hard to get enough gas to squirt when all the Butterfly's open up fast!

Hemi;
Post some pictures of your "Real Hemi' later!
There's nothing cooler than a Hemi with injectors!
My all time favorite engines...right before 340's!

Aloha

Looks GREAT! I'm building a Hillborn setup myself! What and where did you get the adapters to get fuel to your injectors like that? I was thinking about something held with a clip that looks similar to what you have.
