Post by arctic-20v » Fri Dec 04, 2009 2:00 am

Name: Ben
Vehicle: 1985 Audi 4000 S Quattro
Engine: 2.2l I5 20vt (engine code 3b)
MegaSquirt: V2.2 Board running MS2/Extra
MegaTune: MegaTune 2.25
Ignition: Stock Hall Sensor

-20vt motor swap
-ARP Head Studs, Spec Stage II clutch, Innovative Wide Ban 02, Forge FMIC, Forge BOV, Intake Manifold Spacer
-Running Stock K24 turbo @ 15 psi for now
-Everything else is stock

This is my daily driver Car. Commute 60 miles a day to school. Have put 5000 miles on it since project was finished. Looking to upgrade Turbo, 55lb/hr injectors, go COP, and swap stock 4k tranny for a Ur-quattro tranny/rear diff.

This looks like a reliable map. I would like to take a look at it, if you will.

Thank you.

The factory distributor in the 3B is not a 5 vaned hall sensor suitable for use as the main crank trigger. Did you use a distributor from an MC 10 valve engine or did you use it as a second trigger to the crank wheel?

Please elaborate on the setup as I looked into MS'n my 3B but shortly gave up after finding that MS can understand the 5 cylinders complex ignition math (for direct ignition) and special division circuits would have to be assembled.

Thanks in advance,
