Paul Tegler's FIS6 (physics) Triumph Spit6 Project

Post by ptegler »

Name: Paul Tegler

Vehicle: 1975 Triumph Spit6

Engine: Custom homemade port injected manifold, crank fired wasted spark ignition running MS-I / v3 / MSnS-E / 029q2 / MT225

Description: The frame was cut to move everything back 6". Since GT6 springs jacked the front end up in the air, I had to put the stock 1500 Spit springs back on up front, as the engine weight is not hanging out over the front suspension like in a stcok Spit6 or GT6 setup. A 3-rail tranny shifter extension was used so it could be shortened to keep the lever in the stock position. The handling is truly phenomenal compared to my other stock Spits and/or my GT6.
