Vehicle: 1981 Honda CB900F
Engine: 901cc DOHC 16 valve in-line 4.
Injection: Individual 38mm TBI's from a 2003 Suzuki GSXR600.
Description: I am running a fuel-only V2.2 MegaSquirt, with the MegaSquirt 'n Spark extra extensions. Tach signal is supplied by an aftermarket Dyna 2000 ignition.This is an amazing upgrade, the bike just pulls harder and has a lot more low-end torque. I had tried the expensive smoothbore carbs available for my bike, but this system is much more responsive and has been a joy to tune. Right now I am just running straight off the 12x12 VE tables. I have a heated narrow-band O2 sensor and TPS installed, but I don't think that they are necessary for good performance. Since I have them I will continue to experiment, and may come out with a different conclusion later. Its time for winter storage, but I hope to dyno tune the bike in the spring.
