new user, new motorcycle build

higuys-

i see there's not a lot of activity over here. hopefully i can get some help. i'm building a triton cafe racer (triumph pre-unit engine in norton featherbed frame) and i'm considering fuel injecting it. i see one other feller did a '76 triumph, but haven't seen any activity lately. i think i can run some throttle bodies (w/ tps) and injectors off of an arctic cat snowmobile and there seem to be plenty of motorcycle fuel pumps out there that will fit in the tank. where else have people scrounged pieces from? i think i can use the crank position sensor pickup plate from one of the many available electronic ignitions systems out there, but i'm curios about what people do in place of a coolant temp. sensor on an air cooled engine? maybe a head temp. sensor? any help and guidance is greatly appreciated.

thanks,

-robert
