Name: Jeffrey Poore

Vehicle: 1991 ZX-11 Kawasaki

Engine: 1109cc engine with a Mitsubishi TDO4 turbo from an Eagle Talon.

Injection: 4 injectors and 1 throttle body.

Description: Still a bit of tuning to do but succeeded this afternoon in firing up my ZX-11. The initial idle was very good, just more tuning to do. Thanks to everyone who provided helpful info and especially Bruce and Al for making this possible.

Injection: 4 30# Mustang injectors and 1 Kinsler throttle body.

Description: Turbo changed to TDO5-16G due to insufficient airflow from the TDO4. Now trying to chase down a surge in the ignition. Next step after that is 70 hp NOS setup plumbed into the intake. Thanks to everyone who provided helpful info and especially Bruce and Al for making this possible.

James,
The upgrades are in my post above. As stated, I am in the process of trying to track down a surge that I believe is ignition related. I have built 3 Version 2.2 Megasquirt units and loaded them all identically and tried each of them on the bike and still get a surge at all speeds under steady throttle. I strongly suspcet that my Dyna 2000 ignition has gone South on me. Possibly too many "Boost" starts from my battery charger when the battery was low.
I'll keep you posted.
Jeffrey
