Thought I should share my dyno plots. Here is a run without VVT control (Blue) and a run with VVT control (Green).

Just wanted to upload my latest MSQ and dyno plots. I have now gotten into the 140hp+ club... 143hp to be exact.

Thanks so much for sharing these. What hardware setup are you running now, same as when you first swapped in the VVT motor? What version MS and what firmware version were these maps made on?

I am still running the DIYPNP with a VVTuner. I am running on an older firmware, but not sure which one. I will try to get to the car and check this weekend.

I am the proud owner of a '97 Miata. I have a few track days completed and want (need?) more from my ride. I have a new (to me) MS1PNP that I would like to install. Would the 2010-05-12_09.07.34.msq that was posted be a good place for me to start? I am very new to the MS experience so pardon the newness.

97 Miata M
stock engine and transmission (lighter flywheel)
Jackson Racing Header w/full exhaust
Cold air intake
Mishimoto large radiator (PO had a turbo that blew up)
Fat Cat suspension
The stock PS and AC need to go but I need a manual rack first.

Thanks in advance!

Dear Mx5 Racer,
It is difficult to find people like you, you have done a great job, you have invest your time, and you share it with us even without asking for it. A 10 for you, because you make us live easier, after a lot, but really a lot of hours searching in 5 different miata forums, I have found your post, and I thank you very much my man.
I receive a map from MS Labs yesterday for starting my car, as It was a second handed ecu and I didn't have anything.
My problem Is that I don't have yet the VVTuner hardware, and my question is,

Will be the map as good? I mean I will loose the control over the VVt by the time, but will it be dangerous for my engine??

If you want the map ended by MS Labs just ask and I will post it.
Best regards and again thank you very much.
