Started out with MS1 fuel only in Feb 05 and progressed to MSII with EDIS in 2007.
Car use to run twin dellortos and after the switch to EFI there were some noticeable differences.
Starts much easier
Idles well when cold
There is a marked increase in low end torque
The engine seems runs much smoother across the rev range
Throttle response is better
It revs hard all the way to 7 grand
Good fuel economy, 37mpg imp on the highway
Total cost so far is around $2000Aus, which compares well with the alternative of converting to 45 Webers.
This project taught me a lot about the mysteries of EFI and I enjoyed every frustrating minute of it.
