Owner:
Brett Calvert, Sydney, Australia.

Car:
1928 Ford Roadster fitted with 1979 Alfa running gear. http://bcal.bigblog.com.au/index.do

EFI specs:
Megasquirt V2.2 ECU with MSII daughterboard
2.886 ini code
Relay Board
98/99 Suzuki 750 GSXR throttle bodies.
Suzuki fuel regulator
Suzuki TPS.
Aluminium adapters welded to Suzuki manifolds which had been bored out to 40mm dia.
Home made Stainless steel fuel rail.
Toyota 7MGE Denso injectors. 315cc hi impedance.
GM Holden MAT, CLT sensors.
Bosch external fuel pump (VL Commodore)
Techedge WB o2 sensor.
EDIS4 ignition, NKG BPR7ES plugs gapped to 54 thou

Results:
Started out with MS1 fuel only in Feb 05 and progressed to MSII with EDIS in 2007.

Car use to run twin dellortos and after the switch to EFI there were some noticeable differences.
Starts much easier
Idles well when cold
There is a marked increase in low end torque
The engine seems runs much smoother across the rev range
Throttle response is better
It revs hard all the way to 7 grand
Good fuel economy, 37mpg imp on the highway

Total cost so far is around $2000Aus, which compares well with the alternative of converting to 45 Webers.
This project taught me a lot about the mysteries of EFI and I enjoyed every frustrating minute of it.
Thanx Al and Bruce and everyone else on the msefi forum.
