I think I'll collect the vacuum ports into a small tank to stabilize the signal. You're right with a 400cc engine fuel pressure drop shouldn't be a problem but who knows...
The TT600 TB's indeed lack injector ports. The fuel rail is attached to the TB assembly but on the Triumph they go into ports ...

I've been planning on converting my CB-1 for a while. Now I've startet buying parts and ended up getting the injection assembly (TB's, TPS, injectors, FPR, rail, lines...) off a Triumph TT600. Those are nice because they are really individual TB's and can be spaced as needed.

I want to convert a Honda CB-1 with Microsquirt3, thats the same engine as in your CBR400RR. I'm very interested in your progress.
