another update : my little old astra is now the second fastest fwd vauxhall in the country !! not only did a beat my pb of 12.3 i made it look stupid finally got the launch controll working just right im now useing varible setting and it works a treat i have a switch on the clutch and the gear stick...

another small update after august last year ( i blew the engine to bits after dropping 2 valves ) i built another engine over winter and this time i have left the nos off of it with a few changes to the inlet and turbo manfold and the turbo and its first outing it did a 12.3 standing quater :) well ...

What is your crank settings for wheel decoder ? i have been using trigger A 10/19 trigger B 40/49 and i have never bothered to use timing light to get timing spot on on my c20xe.. it runs wett , but always makes me wonder if its right or not :P tdc of vauxhall is tooth 21 on the m/s unit the settin...

another update !! after a lot of messing around i beat my p.b of 12.8 on sunday (6th april) it now does 12.5@118mph i now own one of the fastest mk2 astras in the uk form what we know of and 100% sure the fastest 8vturbo mk2 astra in the uk to say im happy is an understatment !! but im not stopping ...

update 28 feb 08 .. fuel tanks been ripped out and a 3 gallon fuel cells sitting in the boot a new pumps been added flow rate of 260 lph @ 8bar and ive had to upgrade the injectors to 606cc as my 440`s were running 98% duty but saying that these ones are running 90% under full boost :evil: had the c...

update been a while since i updated it after a few sets of main bearings going bang the car seems stable its holding 22.5 psi but its not the m/s doing it now i have a seperate controller turbos been changed to a t3 with stage 3 wheel and interal wastgate im running swichable maps for when useing no...
