Let's just say I removed my material/ posts, and beat a hasty retreat. It does allow one to appreciate aspects of these forums, tireless expertise and help offered, and in pretty well all cases - "interest and civility" towards all the diversified projects that take place.

I get the same, except for some folks, not being from the cars' mother country is a huge no no, and definitely down the expertise pecking order. I always find on the forums, it's what people don't say that is more interesting, and if I look at my work on the old engines I play with, you see a huge read count and next to no replies. Keep your chin up, it's for yourself mainly, and if you find a like minded soul, well that's the icing on the cake.
Good luck over winter. I hope to make progress on my project bike rolling chassis as the daylight gets shorter.
