This is an unregistered race car. Motor is 100% stock internally, but has a straight-through exhaust, cat removed & 4-2-1 extractors. Stock computer is fly-by-wire, so this was ditched and replaced with a BMW throttle body and throttle cable.

Currently running on MS1 V3 with 4 VB921's switching the stock coil pack for wasted spark. MS is listening to the stock VR crank sensor. Tooth number 21 passes the VR at TDC.

I wouldn't recomend this conversion on a road car as the stock computer looses a LOT of inputs/outputs.

Factory tacho will function if cam sensor is left connected to stock ecu.

Traction control is permanently disabled. - Yay!

ABS warning light is not illuminated, but ABS has yet to be tested post MS...

Hi,
Very interesting!
I'm planning to put a Z18XE in my opel corsa A (vauxhall Nova), I can't use the stock ECU so i will use MS II V3.0 for EFI.
You say you use the VR crank senso... is it a 60-2 wheel like C20XE ??

Yes it's 60-2!

Pity you will be going MS2... Otherwise I've already got an MSQ that will have you driving straight away! I suppose the fuel and ignition tables on their own will save you a lot of fussing anyway...

Thank you very much for the MSQ :D
I have just soldered and assembled my MS-II and I will first try to tune an old c20xe, the next engine to tune will be a turboed Z18XE.
