BMW M52B2.8 Single VANOS (Stock - No Turbo)

This motor is in my brother's E30 (325is).
First kicked it over 2 nights ago. Not a lot of time for tuning yet and car is not drivable either. Still it fires up and idles perfectly. MS2 Extra Driving stock COP's via 6 x ISL9V5036P3 (VB921 equiv) on 2 Glen's Garage idle boards in wasted spark. One board has 4 drivers, the other has 2 drivers and idle control. Can supply details on request, will publish 'polished' tables when ready...
Some vital info:-
-Crank Sensor is front mounted HALL sensor. (5v is working well) ***UPDATE*** - Having minor random sync losses when cold. Switched HALL supply to 12V made no difference. I am 75% sure these sensors run 12V on the factory ECU.
-Cam sensor is unknown, and is labeled a 'proximity' sensor in my Bentley Manual. (???)
-ReqFuel for stock injectors is 13.5ms (suspect this value is off as 100kpa VE cells are up to 130...)
-Tooth No.1 is 330 dbtdc
-Standard Tach circuit (12v, 1n001 & 2 x 1k) seems to work the E30 dash.
-VANOS solenoid is switched on @ ~1600rpm and off @ ~5000rpm. (Yes, switch off at 5000rpm!)
