ms3 megasquirt r32 turbo help contecting to controller

hi ive a ms3 ecu and 9pin serial lead , ecu powers up and laptop willfind the ecu configeration file , but when i press accept , it says the file isnt listed in tunier studio and click other when i do i carnt find the correct file andy ideas and were to find the matching info i need to contcet the ecu
my controller is useing ms3 1.0.0 2010112
project serial sig is ms3 format 0093.003controller serial sig ms3 format 0095.000
im not overly up on this so please try to explain step by step or basic
requird sig is 0095.000(square box on the end?)

managed to sort it thanks as it kept corrupting the sigature ,3rd attempt worked and i found useing usb instead of the 9pin serial works a treat
